Rep. Soto Remarks on Strong Citizen Protections for Data Centers

In the Energy & Commerce Committee, I voted in favor of strong citizen protections for data centers. We must empower local communities to decide if these centers are located in their neighborhoods, protect ratepayers from energy and water rate hikes, and improve essential infrastructure.
